After years of aspiring to improve software usability. I've come to the extremely humbling realization taht the single best thing most companies could do to improve usability is to stop changing the UI so often! Let it remain stable long enough for us to learn it and get good at it. There's no UI better than the one you know, and no UI worse than the one you thought you knew but now have to relearn.

The thing about your UI is that you make stupid changes, not too many changes. A UI should delight me, empower me, and anticipate me. Yours does none of those; it's frustrating, sometimes confusing, and too often it just gets in the way.
Where is the Firefox from my high school years? The Firefox the dethroned IE? I want to see that Mozilla.
